We offer a range of options designed to cater for every individual's needs.

Each option is tailored to your own personal goals, whether it is for an on-going fitness routine or just for a few weeks.

For those who wish to have a steady but continuous routine we suggest;

          THE PIXIE PLAN

We will provide you with a plan which is tailored to suit you. This will include three sessions a week, one of which will be delivered on a one-to-one basis.
Initial plans are reviewed after six weeks. Subsequent plans incur a £50.00 fee.

The Pixie Plan costs just £100.00* per month and is paid by standing order over a minimum of twenty four weeks in a six-month period.

When time is short, and a goal just has to be met, we suggest;

 

          THE LAST-MINUTE LEPRECHAUN

 

 

This option is for those last minute situations where you would like to prepare for something in a short space of time. Whether it is for a sports competition, a fancy evening out or that all important holiday, we can design a routine for you.

 

Each plan is priced on application and is intense by design but will still be specific to your “last minute” needs.

For those who require more one-to-one sessions we suggest either the

          “
UNICORN”, “DRAGON” or “PHOENIX” packages.

All the packages have options to be over six, eight or twelve week periods depending on your requirements.

The ultimate package for those who want intensive training. This routine comprises of five one-to-one sessions a week

The cost of these packages may be paid by instalments.

These amounts are shown in GOLD in the above table.

A deposit must be made prior to the start of the activity (the first figure). Four weeks after the start date, a further payment must be paid (the second figure). In the case of twelve-week packages, a third and final payment must be made four weeks after the second payment.

 

All options will involve a free initial consultation. During this time we will discuss your aims and goals. We will measure your blood pressure and ensure that you are fit enough to undertake a routine.

 

All prices will incur mileage at 40 pence per mile with a minimum charge of £2.00 (two pounds).
