Griffin Training is run by Kirsty Wales, an insured and qualified further education teacher and personal trainer.
She has spent the last few years teaching and assessing future personal trainers in the South of England as well as working on a one-to-one basis with her own personal training clients. She is also an internal verifier for a number of training providers.
Her reputation has been built on success and high standards using proven techniques with friendly, down-to-earth advice.
She continues to further her list of qualifications but already holds the following;
City and Guilds Level 5 Certificate in Further Education Teaching
OCR Level 4 Award in Conducting Internal Quality Assurance in the Assessment Process
City and Guilds A1 NVQ Assessor Award
City and Guilds Level 4 Review Health and Safety Procedures in the Workplace (H+Sd)
UKCC Level 2 Coaching Award Generic
Posture Analysis and Correction
CYQ Personal Trainer Award
HSE First Aid at Work Certificate
She is a member of the following professional bodies and regularly attends meetings, workshops and seminars to update her skills and knowledge in line with industry improvements.
